Commercial Short Form Production Case|Brand Video Restructuring for a Wellness Shop
The original cut was a conventional brand edit from the filming team.
In my role as a producer, I restructured the whole narrative flow for social media distribution.
I rearranged the sequence, graded colour, balanced the pacing with suitable background music, and integrated marketing slogans to create a version optimized for online viral performance. Included are behind-the-scenes footage, the original director’s cut, and my final revised edit to demonstrate commercial content strategy.

本項目為實體養生店之品牌宣傳影片。 最初版本為拍攝團隊提供之導演初剪版,敘事節奏偏向傳統品牌片風格,較不適合新媒體流量傳播。
本人以製片策劃的視角,重新規劃整部影片的內容架構: 重新調整鏡頭順序、調校畫面色調,挑選快慢恰到好處的背景音樂,並加入營銷賣點標語,打磨出一套觀感舒適、專為社交平台流量而設計的定稿版本。
頁面附上拍攝花絮、原版導演初剪、以及本人優化後的成品三版對照,用以展示商業內容的策劃思維。

重編原本平铺直叙嘅直敘結構,完全按照新媒體節奏調校。 開頭三秒改用火罐畫面做強吸睛開場,配上全新氛圍 BGM,營造高級專業養生門店質感。 之後順住節奏鋪排門店環境、空間氛圍,重新敘述整套服務內容,最後收尾加上品牌 Slogan,建立完整商業故事線,適合短視頻流量傳播。

Restructured the original linear edit for short-video algorithm logic. Opened with a high-impact cupping shot within the first 3 seconds to grab instant attention, matched with a brand-new atmospheric background track to build premium spa professionalism. Gradually transitioned into store ambience, interior environment and service introduction with a refreshed narrative flow. Closed the video with a concise brand slogan to strengthen brand memory and complete the commercial storytelling arc.
